The position coordinate of a moving particle is given by x = 6 + 18t + 9t2(x is in metres and t is in seconds). What is its velocity at t s 2s?

x = 6 + 18 t + 9t2

v = dx/dt = 18 + 18 t

v at t = 2 s = 18 + 18(2)

= 54 ms-1
