Best answer

n(C) = 40, n(T) = ? n( C ∩ T) = 10

n(C ∪ T) = ? n(T - C) = n(C ∪ T) = n(C) + A(T) - n(C ∩ T)

40 = 40 + n(T) -10 - 40 - 30 = n(T)

∴ [N(T) = 10] ⇒ n(T - C) = n(T)n(C ∩ T) = 10 - 10 = 0
