CaCO3(s) ⇌ CaO(s) + CO2(g), Kp = 167 at 1073 K

KC = Kp(RT)-Δn

R = 0.082 L atm mol-1 K-1

For this reaction

Δn = (1 + 0) - 0 = 1 Kc = Kp(RT)-Δn

= 1.67 x (0.082 x 1073)-1 = 1.90
