Ba(OH)2 > Sr(OH)2 > Ca(OH)2 > Mg(OH)2 > Be(OH)2 

Solubility of hydroxides goes on increasing down the group because hydration energy dominates over lattice energy. 

BaSO4 < SrSO4 < CaSO4 < MgSO4 < BeSO4
