We know that Y = \(\frac{F}{A}\) x \(\frac {l}{ΔL}\)

Let the individual extension be ∆lA and ∆lB

= 1.2 × 10-4

F(3 × 10-7 ) = 1.2 × 10-4

F = 400 N
