1. Right to be informed: A consumer has the right to get true and complete information about the quality, quantity, price, contents, directions for use, date of manufacture and expiry date of the goods and services which he intends to buy.
2. Right to choose: The consumer has the right to choose the product of his choice out of the available alternative products.
