By Chargaffs rule

Cytosine = 20%, So Guanosine = 20%

A + 1 = 100 - (G + C)

= 100 - 40 = 60%

As A = T

adenine = \(\frac{60}{2}\) = 30 %

Chargaffs rule :-

A = T

C = G

(A + T) = 100 - (G + C)(percent)
