Best answer

A:B Old Ratio = 3: 2 or \(\frac{3}{5}: \frac{2}{5}\)

C Admitted for \(\frac{3}{7}^{th}\) share in the new firm

A’s sacrifice = \(\frac{2}{7}\) ⇒ B’s sacrifice = \(\frac{1}{7}\)

New Ratio = Old Ratio – Sacrificing Ratio
