TFR = 5 Σ Quinquennial ASFR’s ASFR

\(\frac {\textit{No.of Live births occuring in the year to women in the specified age group}}{\textit{Average population of women in the specified age group in the year}} \times 1000\)

ASFR(15 – 19) =\(\frac{100}{1500}\) x 1000 = 66.66

TFR= 5 x 542.575

= 2712.875 births per 1000 women.
