Best answer

The amount of urine produced is regulated by reabsorption of water and some of the dissolved substances into the blood through blood capillaries surrounded by the tables of neuphrons. The amount of urine produced depends upon how much excess water is present in the body and how much of dissolved salts are to be excreted.
