Given,

Radius (r) = 4.2 cm

We know that,

Circumference of a circle = 2πr

= 2 × (22/7) × 4.2 = 26.4 cm2

Area of a circle = πr2

= (22/7) x 4.22

= 22 x 0.6 x 4.2 = 55.44 cm2

Hence, the circumference and area of the circle is 26.4 cm2 and 55.44 cm2.
