The correct option is the Tryphosolar region is found in most of the segments.

  • The earthworm is made of about 100-150 segments. 
  • The segmented body parts provide important structural functions. Segmentation can help the earthworm move. 
  • Each segment or section has muscles and bristles called setae.
  • This is the second part of the intestine lying between 26th to the last segment except posterior 24, 25 segments. 
  • This region is provided with an internal median fold of the dorsal wall of the intestine called the typhlosole, which is in fact, a well developed intestinal villi.
