H means protium \((_1^1H)\), deuterium (\(^2_1H\) or D), tritium (\(^3_1H\) or T) the atom, In \((_1^1H)\) there is only, 1 proton and 1 electron.

In Deuterium, \(^2_1H\) there is one proton, one electron and 1 neutron.
