Express 0.99999 in the form of \(\frac{p}{q}\), 

Let x = 0.99999 … 

Multiplying by 10. 

10x = 9.9999…… 

10x = 9 + 0.9999……. 

10x = 9 + x 

10x – x = 9 

9x = 9
