Potassium carbonate cannot be prepared by Solvay process. Why?

Potassium carbonate cannot be prepared by Solvay process because potassium bicarbonate being more soluble than sodium bicarbonate does not get precipitated when CO2 is passed through a Conc. Solution of KCl saturated with ammonium.
