Best answer

Let f(x) = (5y2 + 10y)

= 5y (y + 2)

To find the zeroes, set f(x) = 0

5y (y + 2) = 0

y = 0 or y = -2

So, the zeroes of f(x) are 0 and -2

Again,

Sum of zeroes = -2 + 0 = -2 = -10/5

= -b/a

= (-Coefficient of x)/(Cofficient of x2)

Product of zeroes = -2 x 0 = 0

= c/a

= Constant term / Coefficient of x2
