Division algorithm for polynomials states that: f(x) = q(x) g(x) + r(x)

Where f(x) and g(x) are any two polynomials with g(x) ≠ 0.

After dividing f(x) by g(x), we get two another polynomials, q(x) and r(x)

where r (x) = 0 and degree of r(x) < degree of g(x)
