Solve for x and y:

2x + 3y = 0,

2x + 3y= 0 ……..(1)

3x + 4y = 5 …….(2)

Let us use elimination method to solve the given system of equations.

Multiply (1) by 4 and (2) by 3. And subtract both the equations.

From (1), y = -10

Hence: x = 15 and y = -10
