Every organisation consists of employees with different backgrounds, roles, functions, working efficiency and working styles which creates the possibility of individual and interpersonal conflicts. To bring harmony in their efforts and to bring unity in their actions, coordination is required. Management makes efforts for coordinating different activities in the organisation. Coordination is not regarded as a separate function of management. It is involved in each function of management.
