Subject: Complaint against the unsanitary condition. 

Sir I would like to bring to your kind notice that in our locality, drains have choked and piles of garbage can be seen in several places. For the last six months, drains have not been cleaned. The sweepers don’t clean the streets regularly. Whenever they come, they dump the garbage here and there in the locality itself. This unsanitary condition is posing a serious threat to public health. Kindly instruct the concerned people to take necessary action at the earliest. We await your action
