Scoring more than 200 marks in JEE Main is good to get into rank list.

And scoring more than 250 marks in JEE Main is good to get top rank

It depends on the level of the paper. But 200+ marks is a safe score to be eligible for JEE Advanced. For getting good marks in JEE mains you can solve JEE mains previous year papers.
