The school was attached to the temple. The teacher was the priest. He used to teach them the alphabet and morning prayers. The children sat in rows on either side of the verandah.
विद्यालय मंदिर से लगा हुआ था। अध्यापक पुजारी था। वह उन्हें वर्णमाला तथा सुबह की प्रार्थनाएं सिखाया करता था। बच्चे बरामदे के दोनों ओर बैठा करते थे।
