Entrepreneur bears the risk of setting up and operating new enterprise. He also promises to bear the risk of future uncertainties, distributes money from the sale of products or services to the landowner in the form of rent, to the moneylenders in the form of interest, wages to the workers and salary to the employees, payments to the suppliers of raw material. After making all these payments if something remains he keeps that surplus. Therefore, it is true that there is an element of risk in entrepreneurship.
