Therefore, management needs to develop social and economic values, securing the benefits of customers, fulfilling the expectations of the different sectors or sections of the society, males and females, youngsters and children, working women, poor, unemployed, etc. Through different programmes and schemes, the management trains the society for its upliftment and welfare. All these activities are included in concept of social responsibilities of management.
