It is natural for teenagers to have unrealistic dreams. These dreams have some benefits as well as disadvantages:

Benefits:
(i) They help them make plans for their future.
(ii) They give them the courage to work in the direction of fulfilling their dreams.

Disadvantages:
(i) They lose their touch with reality.
(ii) Most often, they fall a victim to frustration.
