16p3 -4p can be written as 4p (4p2 – 1)

By using the formula a2 – b2 = (a+b) (a-b)

Now solving for the above equation

4p (4p2 – 1)

= 4p ((2p)2 – (1)2)

= 4p (2p+1) (2p-1)
