Subject: A complaint regarding a defective watch
Dear Sir,
I am sorry to state that the watch sent by you last month by V.P.P. is not working properly. It stops very often. The parcel was received intact. Hence, I think there is some mechanical defect in the watch. I am sending the watch, invoice and guarantee-card back to you and I request you to replace it by another thoroughly checked watch.
