The City Hospital has always been a blessing to the citizens of the city. It has played an excellent role in the health services for the welfare of the people. But for some time, doctors are not available on time. Patients return hopelessly, emergencies go unattended, the X-ray machine is lying dead. The rich can go to the private hospitals but what to say about the poor who cannot afford these facilities.
