It means a misinterpretation of religion made by the religious authorities. They are donors of instructions in religious affairs including ethics, etiquette etc. They preach the people in their own way as per their own understanding. They generate differences in the minds of masses and disturb the peace of the nation.
इसका अर्थ धर्माधिकारियों द्वारा की गयी धर्म की गलत व्याख्या से है। ये धार्मिक मामलों से सम्बन्धित निर्देश प्रसारित करते हैं जिनमें नीतिशास्त्र एवं आचरण शामिल हैं। वे अपनी सनक में समाज को गलत निर्देश देते हैं। वे समाज में अलगाव उत्पन्न करते हैं तथा राष्ट्र की शान्ति भंग करते हैं।
