Cleanliness Campaign in Your School
Cleanliness is very important in our life. We should take care of it throughout our life. Practice of cleanliness starts from the home and the school from a very young age. It affects us very badly when we do not maintain cleanliness.
From time to time cleanliness campaigns are conducted in our school. In those campaigns, we are told about the importance of cleanliness. And we are also told how to keep our school and community clean. Keeping our school clean is the responsibility of each one of us. Students are asked to use garbage bins placed by the doors to keep the floors clean. Nobody is allowed to throw any kind of paper in the classrooms. To keep the classrooms clean dustbins are kept in all the classrooms. Parents, students and staff members are encouraged to use reusable containers for lunches.
Physical cleanliness keeps us clean from outside. And gives us a feeling of well-being and confidence. While internal cleanliness keeps us mentally peaceful and away from anxiety. Hence complete cleanliness is keeping the heart, body, and mind clean and peaceful.
We need to keep our surroundings clean so that we can live a healthy life. Cleanliness keeps us away from epidemics and diseases.
आपके स्कूल में स्वच्छता अभियान
स्वच्छता का हमारे जीवन में बहुत महत्व है। हमें स्वच्छता पर हमेशा ध्यान देना चाहिए। स्वच्छता (सप्लाई) का अभ्यास बहुत छोटी उम्र से ही हमारे घर व स्कूल से आरम्भ हो जाता है। जब हम सफाई का ध्यान नहीं रखते हैं तो इसका हमारे शरीर पर बहुत बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है।
हमारे स्कूल में समय-समय पर स्वच्छता अभियान चलाये जाते हैं। इन अभियानों में हमें स्वच्छता के महत्व के विषय में बताया जाता है। और हमें यह भी बताया जाता है कि हम अपने स्कूल और अपने क्षेत्रों में सफाई किस प्रकार रखें। छात्रों को दरवाजों के पास रखे कूड़ेदानों का प्रयोग करने के लिये कहा जाता है ताकि फर्श को साफ-सुथरा रख सकें। किसी को भी किसी भी प्रकार का कागज कक्षा में फेंकने की अनुमति नहीं है। कक्षाओं में सफाई बनाये रखने के लिये सभी कक्षाओं में कूड़ेदान रखे हुए हैं। माता-पिता, छात्र व स्टाफ सदस्यों सभी के लंच में पुनः प्रयोग में आने वाले लंच बॉक्स के इस्तेमाल हेतु उत्साहित किया जाता है।
शारीरिक स्वच्छता हमें बाहर से साफ-सुथरा रखती है। और हमें खुशी व आत्मविश्वास का एहसास कराती है। जबकि आन्तरिक सफाई हमें मानसिक शान्ति का अनुभव कराती है और चिंता/तनावे से दूर रखती है। अतः सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छता हमारे हृदय, तन और मन को स्वच्छ व शान्त रखती है। हमें अपने आस-पास की जगह को स्वच्छ रखना चाहिए जिससे हम स्वस्थ जीवन जी सकें। स्वच्छता हमें महामारी व बीमारियों से दूर रखती है।
