Dear students,
It is very easy to acquire bad habits, such as eating too many sweets, smoking or drinking. The more we do a thing, the more we tend to like doing it. If we do not continue doing it, we feel unhappy. One of the most widely spread of bad habits is the use of tobacco and alcohol. Studies show they are very harmful to our health and studies. It is extremely difficult to get rid of the habit, once it is formed.
The regular use of alcohol and tobacco even in small quantities tend to cause problems in many ways. They affect the liver, weaken the memory and lessen the general energy of the body. Some other bad habits are the need to win at all costs and in all situations, to under evaluate others and impose our standards on them. To give oneself such type of superiority makes us arrogant. We become vain and indulge in self-praise. Boastfulness is the cause of envy, hatred and enmity.
