Here, N = 30 and \(\frac { N }{ 2 }\) = \(\frac { 30 }{ 2 }\) = 15 C.f. just above 15 is 19 and corresponding class-mterval is 55 – 60.

∴ Median class = 55 – 60

∴ l = 55, \(\frac { N }{ 2 }\) = 15, C = 13, f = 6 and h = 5

Thus, median weight of students = 56.67 kg(approx)
