Best answer

Let it can be stopped in distance ‘S2’. then

u1 = 10 m/s

u2 = 30 m/s

S1 = 20 m

S2 = ?

∵ S ∝ u2

⇒ S2 = 20 × 9

⇒ S2 = 180 m
