The Raja reached at the great Hall of Learning because he desired to see the work of the Education Department and liked to see the improvement in the bird with his own eyes. He was welcomed at the entrance of the Education Hall. The pundits began to chant mantras with their topmost voices while the goldsmiths, scribes, supervisors and other members together his cousins cheered the king with the music of several musical instruments.
राजा शिक्षा के महान कक्ष में पहुँचा क्योंकि वह अपनी आँखों से शिक्षा विभाग के कार्य को तथा पक्षी में सुधार को देखना चाहता था। उसका शिक्षा भवन के प्रवेश द्वार पर भव्य स्वागत किया गया। पंडित अपनी तेज आवाज में मंत्रों का उच्चारण करने लगे जबकि, सुनार, लिपिक, निरीक्षक तथा अन्य सदस्यों ने उसके भतीजों के साथ राजा को विभिन्न वाद्ययन्त्रों के संगीत के साथ प्रसन्न किया।
