Length of a rectangular field is 6 times its breadth. If the length of the field is 120 cm, find the breadth and perimeter of the field.

Length of rectangular field = 120 cm

According to question,

⇒ 6(breadth) = 120 cm

⇒ breadth = 120/6 cm = 20 cm

∴ Perimeter of the field = 2(length + breadth)

= 2(120 + 20) cm

= 2(140) cm = 280 cm
