When a sound wave strikes a hard surface, it changes its direction and goes back to the same medium. This phenomenon is called a reflection of sound.
Laws of reflection:
1. The angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection of sound.
2. The incident sound wave, the normal and the reflected sound wave, all lie in the same plane.
