1. Front Office Manager –
With the increase of influx of tourists, the hotel business is also flourishing. At the reception of the hotel, functions like speaking to visitors, telling them about facilities available in the hotel, allotting rooms and checking guests out at their time of leaving with the clearance of accounts are executed. A minimum of three front office managers is needed in any hotel every day.
2. Lobby Manager –
Lobby manager is the representative of the hotel when the general manager and other departmental heads are not present in their offices. He is capable of handling all kind of eventualities.
3. Executive Chef –
The Executive Chef is responsible for looking after all the activities of the kitchen. He performs various kitchen-related functions along with the assistance of Sous Chef, Chef De Parte and other assistants. He prepares the menu in consultation with the food and beverages manager.
