A person who takes no risk in life becomes static and inactive. He loses dynamism and momentum. He develops a false sense of complete certainty and security. It makes him a slave of his own limitations. He loses his freedom and sense of independence. Chained by his ‘certitude’ he becomes a slave of his own limitations.
जो व्यक्ति अपने जीवन में कोई जोखिम नहीं लेता, वह स्थिर तथा अक्रियाशील हो जाता है। वह जीवन की गतिशीलता से हाथ धो बैठता है। उसके अंदर पूर्ण सुरक्षा तथा निश्चितता का एक नकली बोध उत्पन्न हो जाता है। इसके कारण वह अपनी परिसीमाओं का दाब बन जाता है। वह अपनी आजादी तथा स्वतंत्रता का भाव खो बैठता है। निश्चितताओं से बँधे होने के कारण वह अपनी परिसीमाओं का दास बन जाता है।
