REFLEX ACTION

  • Reflex action is a spontaneous involuntary act.
  • Most of the reflex actions are conveyed through the spinal cord.The brain also performs reflexes.
  • lt cant be controlled.
  •  lt serves survival and protection of organ or organisms.

WALKING

  • Walking is a voluntary action.
  • lt is controlled by the brain.
  • lt can be changed or modified
  • lt serves functions other than survival and protection
