The rearranged structure will be OH-CH+- CH2-CH2-Ph

Rearrangement will take place due to which there will be a hydride shift. The hydrogen bonded with the carbon near the OH will shift so that the positive charge forms at the carbon near OH group and not Ph group as OH is stronger +M group than Ph , so it can stabilize the carbocation more effectively than Ph group.
