Let M be the mass of truck and mn be the mass of the car. (M1 > m2).During the collision, their velocities are u and u0 respectively (u1< u2). Let after the collision, their velocities are v1 and v2 respectively. According to law of conservation of momentum

M1u1 + m2u2 = M1v1 + m2v2

The momentum of the car after collision = m2v2

The momentum of the truck after collision = M1v1

 ∵ M1 m2 and u1< u2

So, the car will experience a larger force.
