We usually feel sleep at a definite time during night and in the morning at a definite time got up. Why does this happen?

There is a very small gland in the center of our brain. This glang secretes a hormone called metatonin. Our sleep-wake cycle is regulated by metatonin hormones. This is why we feel sleepy at a certain time at night and get up in the morning a certain time.
