Best answer

It is given that x ≥ y – 2

So the linear equation is

x = y – 2

Let us draw the line x = y – 2

If x = 0 we get

0 = y – 2

y = 2

If y = 0 we get

x = 0 – 2

x = – 2

So the points (0, 2) and (-2, 0) are on the line

Now by putting (0, 0) in x ≥ y – 2 is true

Therefore, shaded region towards origin including line x = y – 2.
