Let the number of sides be n. 

Sum of all exterior angles of a polygon = 360° 

Each angle of exterior = 360/n 

According to question = 360/n = 24°

 ⇒ n = 360°/24° 

⇒ n = 15 

Therefore, number of sides = 15.
