Prove that the lines x/1 = (y - 2)/2 = (z + 3)/3 and (x - 2)/2 = (y - 6)/3 = (z - 3)/4 are coplanar. Also find the equation of the plane containing these lines.

It is given that

Substituting the values

So we get

– x + 2y – z – 7 = 0

Multiply the entire equation by –ve sign

x – 2y + z + 7 = 0

Hence, the equation of plane is x – 2y + z + 7 = 0
