It is given that

We know that

x + 4 = 3x

On further calculation

2x = 4 where x = 2

Similarly

6 + x + y = 3y

By substituting the value of x

6 + 2 = 3y – y

8 = 2y

So we get

y = 4

In the same way

2w + 3 = 3w

Here w = 3

By substituting the value of w in

-1 + z + w = 3z

So we get

-1 + w = 2z

Here -1 + 3 = 2z

By further simplification

2 = 2z

Where z = 1

Therefore, x = 2, y = 4, z = 1 and w = 3.
