6%  (W/V) solution of urea means 6 gram urea in 100 ml of solution

So, 6/60 = 1/10 = 0.1 mole of urea in 100 ml of solution.

So, Molarity = 0.1/0.1 = 1 M

Now, by using M1V= MV2

              1* 20 = M2 * 1000

           M= 0.02 M
