(a) Scale – 1 unit length = 10 students 

(b) New admission every year = 10 × 10 = 100 

(c) Number of students in year 2003 = 60 × 10 = 600 

And number of students in year 2000 = 30 × 10 = 300 

Yes, number of students in year 2003 are double of number of students in year 2000.
