4t – 3 – (3t +1) = 5t – 4

4t – 3 – 3t – 1 = 5t – 4

t – 4 = 5t – 4

Transposing t to RHS it becomes -t and -4 to LHS it becomes 4.

4 – 4 = 5t – t

0 = 4t

t = 0/4

t = 0
