Best answer

(D) Eight times

Original volume = (4)3 = 64 cu.m

New side = 8 m

∴ New volume = (8)2 = 512 cu.m

Now, new volume/original volume = 512/64

= 8

original volume 64

∴ volume of new cube will increase 8 times as compared to the volume of original cube.
